I am currently in the last semester of my undergraduate degree and I will receive my final transcripts + degree in July 1st week. I already have offer letter from university of saskatchewan (UofS) for fall 2019, but letter says conditions for acceptance are final transcripts and degree to be sent directly to UofS from my institution in sealed envelopes.
Should I apply for visa now? Or should I wait for final transcripts and apply for visa with the final transcripts? Anyone who had the same dilemma? Please help.
