applying for student permit as a PhD student

I have received admission offer letter from university of waterloo for PhD -winter 2014 intake with financial support for 4 years. I am doing job in MNC since two years hence saved around 7 lacs. For my application of student permit should I need to add loan letter? While applying to PhD, I had clearly mentioned, I want to pursue PhD only if I receive financial support from University. As a financial support which document should I represent?

I appreciate any guidance regarding this.
