Hi, I'm holding a PGWP valid from Dec 2020 to Dec 2023, currently working In-land.

I got married in 2022. My spouse is overseas but already got a Visitor Visa stamp in her passport.

Now I plan to apply for her a SOWP based on my PGWP. I have 2 questions:
  1. Based on this link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...mit/temporary/need-permit/working-family.html
Since I'm holding an Open Work Permit (PGWP), I need to submit a letter from my employer detailing my job duties to match that of NOC 0, A, B ?
  2. There is also another link here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...blic-policy-competitiveness-economy.html#toc8
I'm confused whether I should follow C41 or C43 (which doesnt have any instruction)
  3. Since she's overseas but already got a Visitor Visa counterfoil, does she need to pay extra for another counterfoil? (because she can already enter Canada using the visitor visa)
Thanks in advance

Thanks for your answer. Since now my spouse is applying on her own for SOWP, I guess in all forms, she'll be the Principle Applicant in her prespective right?
Because I see some form such as IMM 5257b that has both Principle Applicant and Dependent field...
