Hi, I'm holding a PGWP valid from Dec 2020 to Dec 2023, currently working In-land.
I got married in 2022. My spouse is overseas but already got a Visitor Visa stamp in her passport.
Now I plan to apply for her a SOWP based on my PGWP. I have 2 questions:
I got married in 2022. My spouse is overseas but already got a Visitor Visa stamp in her passport.
Now I plan to apply for her a SOWP based on my PGWP. I have 2 questions:
- Based on this link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...mit/temporary/need-permit/working-family.html
Since I'm holding an Open Work Permit (PGWP), I need to submit a letter from my employer detailing my job duties to match that of NOC 0, A, B ? - There is also another link here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...blic-policy-competitiveness-economy.html#toc8
I'm confused whether I should follow C41 or C43 (which doesnt have any instruction) - Since she's overseas but already got a Visitor Visa counterfoil, does she need to pay extra for another counterfoil? (because she can already enter Canada using the visitor visa)
