Hi all,
I had a question about applying for permanent residence while under implied status. My visitor visa had expired at the end of February, though I am technically under implied status from applying for a visitor visa extension in early January which I have still not received a response.
I am trying to fill out all of the forms for permanent residence, though am having a hard time trying to figure out how I should write my implied status. For example, should I select "other" as my status, then write in the description box "implied status (application no.)." In addition I have submitted an additional letter explaining my status in Canada. Which is the best way to do this to not be refused on my application?
Thanks
