Applying for spousal Outland application TRV rejected last year

Hey,

My wife and her mother applied for TRV last year before we got married and they both got rejected. Her mother was principal applicant.

Now after a year I am filling for her Outland spousal sponsorship. I don’t have her refusal letter so not sure about UCI number. Do I have to mention that she applied for TRV and got rejected?
