I got PPR and will (hopefully) get CoPR soon, post which I'll start looking for a job. As a software engineer, I can interview remotely, but an issue is that the notice period in my current company is 3 months, while I read that it's usually 2 weeks in Ontario, so companies may not consider my application as they might not want to wait that long. I have the option of resigning without an offer, but that seems risky so hoping to get a job before landing there.
