I am currently in the fourth year of my bachelor's, and I will get my final transcript+degree in June 2021. I want to apply for visa in April 2021 (as my IELTS score will not be valid afterwards). The conditional offer letter states that the condition is that I have completed my bachelor's by two weeks before program start date (September 2021). I have marksheets of seven semesters, but the eighth one I will get in June.
So, question: Can I apply for visa in April with the conditional offer letter and seven marksheets, or do I wait till June to have the final marksheet too?
Please help, I am so anxious as I don't have an agent, and I don't want a visa rejection.
