I'm trying to apply for Vancouver Community College in March 2015.
I have a passion in cooking, so I sought to apply for culinary art program (diploma) which provides post-graduate work permit.
However, I'm aware of the fact that CEC excluded the cook from CEC NOC category. So either the title of the job has to be chef or apply for different program for immigration.
I will probably follow the culinary path somehow, but I just really need to get my pr first.
Do you guys think it's better to get a diploma in Baking to get PR quickly? I have no time to wait until January to find out whether the government will open up the Cook category again or not...
I know some people would get their title as "chef" and apply for their PR despite the fact that they aren't a real "chef" (no offense to those real chefs though). What would be the chance that I will get my PR in Baking?
