Applying for Quebec Skilled Woker while FSW in Process, is that okay?

Guys,

I want to apply as Quebec Skilled worker. My application for FSW is under process at Sydney.

My Question is, is that okay to have both applications at same time? any advise and explanation would be highly appreciated.
