Dear All,
I am writing the below lines to explain my current status and to solicit your recommendations, if I should apply for provincial nomination for Saskatchewan.
I have around 64 points and I could not submit my profile as I do not qualify for 67 points. The system says that I am not eligible. So that is my status.
When I checked website of this state, I figured out that I have 61 points out of 100 points. 61 points are qualifying points. That’s means, I can apply.
Please advise what do you recommend. Should I apply for provincial nomination? I am asking because it requires me to pay 300 USD and then apply. I wants to see chances. If chances are 50%, I will pay.

- Can I apply for provincial nomination even though, my application is not in pool and I have 3 less points to lodge my application?
- How long the state takes to advise their decision? 3-9 months? Or more?
