Hi, i am already a PR in Canada. This question is for one of my friends.
He studied in Canada from May-2016 to Dec-2017. From Jan-2018 he is working in a NOC category B job as an internet technician at Bell Canada on an Open Work Permit (which you get after studies). He is now going to apply for PR under Express Entry FSW. His company is willing to employ him even after he is PR and willing to give a job offer letter.
As far as we know this job offer has no LMIA. I have two questions
1. Can he show this job for "Work experience in Canada" points for Express Entry?
2. Does he need to show separate proof of funds. Won't he be exempt form POF requirements since he has a job offer?.
