Applying for PR under EE - Technical Issue?

Hello Forum:

I received ITA and now I am going to apply for PR.

My questions is: when you FIRST receive your ITA and is "that" application is where you would upload documents?

Currently, when I am filling out the application online, I do not have any uploads in my application and it looks somewhat similar to Express Entry profile application, but in more details.

Could someone share your experience of the application once you received ITA?

Fill this up completely and then you move to the next section where you will see the personalized checklist and placeholders for document uploads.

AH!!! GREAT.. I called CIC and they told me I have a technical error.. :S which I thought it was really odd.

But thank you so much for clearing this up for me
