Applying for PR to CIC after CSQ

Dear Sirs,

We are applying for PR to CIC after CSQ. We have a dependent child and not added yet.
I am just applying for CSQ for him now.

SO, should I mention him as non-accompanying dependent as of now, since I didnt get CSQ for him?
If so, What is the reason should I mention for the explanation they have asked for?
