Applying for PR - Spouse Not Accompanying

Hi all,

When filing for PR, with a non-accompanying spouse, what documents need to be provided under marriage/divorce?

We were both married previously.

Obviously I need to provide my marriage/divorce certificates. Does he need to provide anything?

Generally would be the same for both spouses, they'd have to declare previous marriages and hence show the divorce docs. Just go through the instructions.
