Hi .. The situation is .. i was in Canada on student Visa for a year.. i came back to my home country with a bad debt of 3000$ .. and its been a year i came back .. but now the situation is my wife is in Canada and she gonna get her PR in 6 months .. i am applying my PR on her dependent .... so was worried about that will my bad history will affect on my PR file .. and more over IF YES .. then how can i deal with the collection agents in Canada from my home country ... ?? please help me out with some Good information ..
