Applying for PR after CSQ

Hi All,

I got my CSQ last month and I'm currently in process of applying PR from Montreal. For applying PR, we need police certificate, which I'm getting from Indian embassy.

My question is can I send my PR application without Police certificate and send the certificate after? Or do I need to send the certificate along with PR application? Let me know.

You must send your PR application complete which means it must contain the police report and other requirements otherwise it will immediately be returned to you.
