i completed 2 year business diploma in 1.5 yrs. am i eligible for 3 yr PGWP? or they will just give me 1.5 yr PGWP? I appreciate your help in this regard.

if you have completed 16 months studies (4 semesters). yes you ll definitely get 3yr pgwp. but make sure that your passport is valid for next 3yrs.

my passport expire in oct 2013.can i get the new passport b4 expiry? so the date of passport expiry matters in PGWP? if i apply for PGWP with my current passport i will only get PGWP till oct 2013?

Yes, it will be issued till Oct 2013. When you renew your passport, you can apply for the remaining months(assuming you are eligible for a 3 yr pgwp).
