Applying for pgwp with criminal charges

I am currently facing two counts of assualt charges by my ex lover, is a delay reporting case, charges were laid after breakup/disagreement, and I am about to apply for pqwp. My lawyer is currently fight for withdrawal, what is my fate on the pgwp application?

Just to clarify you disclosed the charges as part of your PGWP application. Your PGWP shouldn’t be approved until your criminal charges are resolved.
