hello everyone, My problem is, i was sponsored by my nephew/niece june 2007, i was staying to them 7 months, then they released me to another employer january 2007 until october 2009,then these employer left me without any notice last october 2009,they only tell me that they are leaving 1 week before for good in Bahamas.. then they promise me before that anything i need regarding my record of employment ,t4 etc. just contact them,I keep calling on them,email,leaving a msgs.I keep waiting for them hoping that they can give my requirements but until now is nothing. I dont have any documents on my hand from them.to apply my permanent resident and now ,i cannot contact them anymore.i am missing few months to them to complete 24 months,but because i keep waiting for my documents from them because they keep on promising that they can give those to me, i cannot apply yet my permanent resident until now.and my 3yrs here is on june 2010.But now i got a new employer january 2010. Am i still qualified to apply my permanent resident? Am worried about my status here.What can i do? How about my tax for last year 2009? how can i pay taxes? Please help me!
