Applying for parents super visa outside country of citizenship

Dear Forum Members,

I want to apply for my parents super visa but their situation is that they are not living in the country of their citizenship. They are actually in US on worker status, moreover they have applied for Green card there but unfortunately their case is not moving as expected and they are willing to drop their Green card file. Therefore I want to bring them to Canada on Super visa. The requirement for super visa is attachment with the country of origin.

Does any of the members have such a situation kindly help me out.

No. You are already their legal representatives (guardians/parents) so this would be redundant.
