One of my friends who is in Canada got his CEC PR (August 2014) application refused;however, he got a BOWP approved for an year just a few days before his PR was refused.
He has his BOWP valid till March 2017. Can he apply for Ontario PNP when he is in his BOWP status in Canada. Can he continue in his current job until his BOWP expires ? Can someone advise
