as you are married, you don't need to prove physically living together for 12 months. that is for commonlaw couples only. you can submit an application as soon as you have all the required paperwork ready. if you are a PR, you must maintain residency and live in canada for the entire application process.

None of your previous posts mentioned being married. Did you marry in June 2016? The phrase "last June" means to some native English speakers "June 2015".
