Applying For Mitt College NCT Program Need Some Help

Hello Guys,
I Got My Offer Letter Today i.e 10/05/2015 From The College. My Classes Are From 9th November. Is it safe to apply a month before classes.
I am bit confused. Should i apply for November batch or i should go for next batch.
