Applying for Master's Degree during PEQ Federal stage

Hi everyone,

I am in federal stage and ideally I should have my PR by September 2021, I want to do a Master's Degree by then.
I know if I go back to school my CSQ will get revoked, but let's say can I apply for admission now? My target school needs my passport as supporting document, it doesn't need CAQ nor study permit at this time, but with my passport number, will MIFI find out and revoke my CSQ?
