applying for immigration,need some help.

hello guys,
im married to canadian citizen and we are about to apply for the immigration,but i need some help, i was told by lots of people that the ambassy will request the medical then i have to do it, but my laywer gave me the appendex C form and told me to get it done, is i true that ambassy people will ask for medical or the rules have changed now and i have to give them with the application?

2nd thing is should i get my police file now and submit it with the application?

3rd thing i want to know is does education comes as imp requirment in spousal case? im intermediate student (12th grade) and doing job since last 9-10 years, i know in student/skilled worker case education is very imp but im told my lots of people that in spousal case its not that important.so let me know about this.

Its advisable to do Medicals and send the form C along with the application so that it wont delay the processing at the later stage....

Yes you need to submit the PCC along with the application.....

No it wont matter under Family Spouse Cases...Good luck

yeah,,ako august applicant,,,,you better take a medical exam now,.,,fil-upan muh yong apendix c tapos dalhin muh doon sa hospital kung saan ka magpapamedical ,..gawin muh na ang medical muh before muh e send ang mga application muh,,kasi embassy will ask youre medical result,,it cause of delay sayo kung wla kpa medical..pinadala ko rin doon ang nbi clearance ko....at about education,its doesnt matter kung high school graduate klang,,,,ang importante completo ang documents muh...tga saan kba miss or mr??

Yes You have to file additional supplementary form about your activities of last 10 years. It is important too.

Not quite correct - it's the last 10 years or since the age of 18 (whichever is longer). For example, if you are 27 years old now - then you provide information for the last 10 years. If you are 35 - then you must provide information since the age of 18.

thanks, so my last 10 years activities include only job nothing else, so is it enough?
