Applying for FSW from inside Canada after studies

Hi guys ,
If I come to canada for studies , will I be able to apply for the FSW program after the completion of the course from inside Canada , or will I have to return back to India to apply ?
If it is possible to apply from inside Canada , could you please guide me with the best way to prepare for the FSW application ?
Please help me .
