Applying for express entry without spouse

I want to apply for PR through express entry without spouse but I also want to include my two sons in the application. Actually I can qualify only when I apply without spouse, but I cannot leave my chiildren with my husbands as he cannot look after them because of his busy schedule. Is this possible?
