Hello seniors,

I am currently on a PGWP in Canada and my spouse is back home. I would soon be eligible to apply for express entry under the CEC program.
I was wondering if i could include my spouse in my profile even though we reside in different countries so that we can get the PR at the same time.
Has anyone done that previously? How does that work?
Can anyone with experience please guide me on this?

Thank you in advance for your time.

Many people have done it and its all about documentation. You need to prove to IRCC that your spouse is not married to you only for the PR. Have marriage proofs, chats, vacations that you had together etc. You can search youtube there are many videos for the same.
