Applying for express entry - Divorce filed but not granted

Hi guys, just wanted to ask can I file for express entry as legally separated if me and wife have filed for divorce but the divorce is not granted yet. Its mutual divorce, so I guess there should not be any problem. The divorce hearing is due in next 2-3 months. Please advice.
