Applying for Citizenship:Query regarding Photographs to be sent with application

Hello,

Im applying for citizenship. Have some queries regarding photographs.
Application does not have space for pasting photograph.
However when I read the instruction guide it says "not staple, glue or otherwise attach the photo directly to the application".

My questions:
Q: How do I send the photographs?
Q: Im sending 4 applications (me, spouse and 2 kids) in one package. Do I just pin photographs for each application or just drop them in the envelope?

Any replies or responses would be highly appreciated...Thank you in advance

Place the photos for each applicant in a separate small envelope (don't seal it tho) and write the names and DOB on the envelope. Do not use any paper clips or staples.
