Hi,
we are planning to apply for CEC.
I have question, please someone clarify.

I have one kid born in USA and one kid born in Canada.
Do I need to apply for PR for US born kid too? I mean should I have to pay the fees for US born kid.

I am thinking no need to pay the fees for Canada born kid as he is already Canadian.

Thank you

Do the kids born in Canada to foreign/temporary residents qualify for citizenship? I believe that is not the case but my knowledge is not complete// hopefully some seniors can shed some light.

Yes, unless one or both parents is a diplomat.

You will only need to pay the fees for your US born child and include him/her in the application. The Canadian born will only be included in family details.
