Applying for canadaian student visa after rejection of visit visa

hi,

My visit visa application has been rejected two times by canadian embassy one of them was rejected in 2014 whereas the other one was rejected recently that is in feb 2017.I got admission in a university of canada and I am going to apply for student visa next week.What are my chances of getting visa with the following results.

o level with nine subjects(2 A*s,3 As,3 Cs and 1 D)
A levels with three subjects (A in maths,C in chemistry and D in physics)
Ielts band 7 with 6.0 in reading,6.5 in listening and writing and 8.0 in speaking.
Sat 2 score of 1810 in Physics,Chemistry and Maths and yeah also I am gonna appear for Sat 1 in may 2017
My dad is gonna sponser me and has a statement of 2 lakh UAE dirhams in his account.
In addition to,we have property in our home country as well.
Kindly assist me with this.

Maybe share why your visit visas were refused twice and what subject you are intending on studying at the university.

YEAH so my 2014 visa application was rejected and the reason that they gave was that my Dad doesn't have a suffiecient travel history and at that time I applied with my entire family.Whereas at that time my dad had visited several places like Morocca,Oman,Europe,UK and USA.

And yeah in 2017 it was rejected and the reason that they gave was that my uncle who currently resides in Alberta hasn't shown proper letter in order to sponser you.And also my age was less than 18.So they didn't give me a visit visa.At that time I was the only family member to apply for a visit visa.My parents already have visit visa of canada.
