Hi All,
1. Currently i am residing in USA and have applied for PR during FSW 2014 on my own and is currently in progress.(Received PER as of now)
2. Meanwhile, my current employer want me to move to Canada (from the US) on a Work visa in next 3 months.
I am wondering if i need to disclose my FSW application to my employer for applying the work permit.
3. Will there be any complications if i don't disclose the PR info while my employer is applying my LMO/Work permit.And is it legal to apply Work permit while PR is in progress
Appreciate inputs from seniors here and any general suggestions i need to take to avoid any issues to both my work permit and PR.
