I am trying to apply bowp online and it's been not working for few days. It says 'Our online services are currently down, please try later' but I have been trying for few days and still not fixed. Is it only me or there is actually an issue with website? If anyone has same issue with me please share. Should I just apply on paper or wait to be fixed. If i would like call cic about this, which number would be fine? I personally prefer for applying online though....... please help! Thank you!!
