Hello, I've been rejected twice for a study permit last year for the following reasons:

- purpose of visit
- length of proposed stay in Canada
- personal assets and financial status

However, I'm only trying to apply for a visitor visa along with my family members this time and I believe we have enough fund for a 10-day trip to Quebec, but what more can I do to improve my chance of getting accepted? Should I also address the reasons as to why I've been rejected before in my purpose of visit letter?

Address meaning there should be a change that happened. If IRCC says they find your financial assets low. Before you apply it should be more than what you declared the last time. Enough fund for a 10-day trip is not enough. They also see to it that you and your family are financially capable to travel.

The last time I applied for a study permit (I was a minor back then), my parents had about 70,000 CAD in their bank account and if I were to apply for a visitor visa, would I still need to make sure that I have more than what we declared?

I'm not sure about Family TRV if the main applicant will only provide the assets.
But I thing is for sure, you need to declare your 2 refusals on the TRV.

If you are no longer a minor Canada will look at you as an adult and view your application separately.
