Good day guys,
I hope you can help me.

My aunt and uncle here in UAE are going to canada for my cousin’s graduation and I would like to join them so I started my application online for a visitors visa. We will be staying there for a month at my other Aunt who is already a citizen there.
We plan to go around between april and may But then I found out during my application that my residence visa in UAE will expire this May, and that would be a redflag to the immigration officers, maybe they will be thinking that I dont have any intention to go back to UAE because of my visa, which will not happen because I still planned to continue working here in the emirates.

Just a little background
I work as a nurse
$15,000 bank statement
Salary $2400
I have invitation letter from my aunt
NOC from my company
Visited 5 countries from the last 10 years
No schengen visa
I have a current green card application for US

please let me know if i need to push through my application. Thank you guys in advance really appreciate any advises you can give me

What kind of documents can you present to prove you’ll renew your visa/continue to work in the UAE?

Honestly don’t have an idea about that. I’ve been with my company for 6 years. And usually the process here if you dont want to be renewed you just give a month notice. For renewal of working visa I guess a letter with the intent to continue my employment will do, what do u think??? Thank u

You can certainly try that if you don't have any other choice, but an official document from an employer or visa issuing authority carries more weight than a self-written letter of intent.
