Hi!
Would be happy if someone can help me out:
I do currently work for a remote company, been 2 years, and I recently got a promotion to a middle managerial position (Team Lead)
Have an admission from University of Windsor’s Master of Management HRM, Jan 24 program.
Would applying for a study permit lead to a rejection as I have no job tie to my home country?
My toddler will be coming with me, husband and and my apartment are only my ties to my home country.
Awaiting your advise, thank you!

Not having a job will not be the only reason for a refusal. You need to show that the program will justify the costs with a higher paying job. Assume you have secured daycare for your child and are showing extra funds to pay for daycare. Waiting lists are long and people get their kids on lists before they are born. If you don’t, then who will care for your child.

Thank you for your reply! @Naturgrl
The kid has already been placed on a waiting list and daycare confirmed to give a tour after our arrival. Working hrs 7-6 and the center offers homecare service as well in case I have evening classes or work. Cost is ~18 CAD per day. Will add these expenses to my living expenses while showing POF.
If the program justifies with the cost of a higher in position job, will remoteness of a job be a problem as it does not keep me tied to my home country?

I have never seen a case of applying to sp with a remote job, really want to hear about the possibility of getting an approval/rejection
Nowadays many people work remotely, I believe there are applicants who work remotely and need to level up in edu.
