Hello,
I'm currently in Canada and my study permit has expired almost one year. I did try to renew it but the office sent it back. They said they couldn't see my scan of my old visa. I moved around so i just saw the letters 2 months ago. At that time I did not have enough money in my accounts to renew my study permit. So please tell me what can I do? How can I re apply it when I'm still in Canada? ( in this case my home country is Vietnam and I want to finish my study so much )

I would appreciate all of your sincere advice!!
Please help me :( I'm so desperate right now because school doesn't let me study anymore

1. Basic answer you can't renew in Canada.
2. Also it appears you are out of status in Canada, if you study permit expired a year ago. Time to go home.

if you have overstayed your visa period, it can be quite troublesome for you to get it again second time from your home country.
