That's the wrong application. Since you are in Canada on TRVs, you don't meet any of the conditions to apply for a study permit from within Canada. You have to follow the outside of Canada process here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...services/study-canada/study-permit/apply.html

So I applied for a study permit in China. I compound this rule: you completed a short-term course or study program required to be accepted at a DLI
