APPLYING FOR A SPP COLLEGE FOR JAN 2014 INTAKE IS GIC MANDATORY ??? kindly advice

is it okay if we dont purchase GIC .....very confused confused..the college is SPP but want to avoid GIC
applying for the first time.....

Plz follow spp guidelines and follow instructions as mentioned.Don't act smart by following your own wish.
Gic must for spp.
Why confused follow simple guideline and apply buddy.

apart from GIC does visa officeer approce the visa based n the ielts score and SOP as well?
