Can anyone tell me if CIC will penalize one if i apply for 2 or more Provincial nominee programmes. I originally planned to enter canada through MPNP Manitoba Support but, i also stumbled on SINP which lists my work experience as one of the professions they will be nominating people for. The SINP may start soon(i couldn't get to complete my application for the SINP without job offer category and i've opted for the SINP Express Entry category instead) and i wanna apply for it while MPNP will start in March. Anyone with sufficient knowledge should kindly let me know if i can apply for the 2, bearing in mind that the MPNP is not the Express entry category where Manitoba can nominate 500 people.I need answers asap pls, as i plan to apply asap as well before people fill out the space. Also, i will like to know what my correct clb level is, with IELTS score - Listening(6.5), Reading(6.5), Writing(7), Speaking(8). It seems the calcualtion is based on what your Listening score is but i'm not very sure yet. Thank you
