Applying Express entry excluding spouse who is already in canada

Please can anyone confirm on this like myself and my husband are in canada working and our kid is in india.. because of the trending high score when iam adding my husband to the profile not getting enough points so could I just apply for myself as of now and after getting pr can i sponsor my husband and kid... please post any sugggestions on this situation so what reason can I mention and any chances of rejection..
