hello

i am planning to apply under FSW after the latest NOC is released this July. I am worried however that my previous 'deined entry' to the US will affect my chances of getting an immigration approval.

since an aspiring immigrant needs to declare whether he or she have been denied entry from any country, can I choose not to declare this during my application? will declaring it constitute a denial from Canada immigration?

i was denied entry in 2010 because US CBP said that I dont have plans to leave the US after my visit.

If anyone can please shed some light on this, will appreciate it much.

Thank you.
