Applying April 2016 - Sponsor Unemployed Now BUT Summer Job Starting May 2016

I'm sponsoring my American husband. I'm currently a law student and have a job secured May 2 to August 17. I start school again September 6. We hope to submit our application by April 15....should I list myself as unemployed on IMM 5481? My concern is, but the time they get around to reading our application, I'll be working. Should I include proof of my summer job in the application? ???

Say you are unemployed, then give details. You can attach an extra sheet to explain your situation. You should say you are a student in law school and have a job for the summer. They also want details of how you support yourself, so include that.
