Hi! I have graduated from a Bachelor degree in my home country, but with a GPA lower than 3 I am not qualified for a master degree in Canada. Is it possible to get a study permit if I apply for a 2-year diploma? Is it risky to apply for the same major for the diploma that I might not be able to get a PGWP after graduation?
