I am having wife and kid and my point is 392. Due to age increase it will become 387 on 1st of June.

If i am applying taking option of not bringing the family members to Canada at the moment, my point will become 407.

Since the points have declined to 415 recently, i am inclined to do that.

What do you suggest?

If i did that and got PR, how much time will it take for me to bring family to Canada? What will be the visa processing time?

Appreciate your suggestions.

At least a year. try retaking IELTS with your wife to improve your scores

My IELTS is L-8, R-7, S-7, W-7

Dont know whether i can make much improvements on that. Tried once without success.

What about your wife's score? If she scores higher you can put her as primary

Wife is a housewife and does not have work experience.

Her IELTS is L-4.5, R-5, W-5.5, S-6

That's low but with lot of potential for improvement on her part. A good improvement can make all the difference. Good luck!

Note that if you leave your wife and children off the application and immigrate alone, you'll likely be separated from them from quite some time (months to over a year) before you can be reunited in Canada. As a PR, you will have to be living in Canada to sponsor them and will have to remain in Canada while the application is being processed. Chances are on the low side that they will be given TRVs to come visit you in Canada. So you should be prepared for a period of separation if you immigrate without them.
