Apply under CEC with partial duties

Hi,

So my sister works at Tim Hortons. At her workplace, she performs the duties of both cashier and baker. She doesn't have a formal role assigned for either. All the employees do all the tasks there in rotation.
Question is - can she apply under NOC 6332 as a baker?

If her employment letter states that she is a baker (matches the NOC) and not a cashier then yes. Her employer will have to state that she her official title and NOC is that of a baker, not a cashier.

Thanks, Naturgrl. Her Employment letter/ offical title says "Team Member" - all the workers are called "team members" hence the confusion.

Can we have all her duties listed which are a mix of both and get her employer's approval for duties?

the title doesn't matter, what matters are the duties that should be listed in her letter of employment. These should match those from the NOC you choose.

Your employment letter can only match one NOC. The duties must match 70-80% of the NOC’s duties.
