hello everybody I need your help please, answer if you are 100% sure. I want to apply to QSW on April with the rules if possible but I'm having problems with my husband and he doesn't want to go, I have seen the forms and it says "apply with accompanying spouse or without" I'm not sure what is Means, can I apply by myself of course mentioning I'm married but without my spouse accompanying me ? I don't care about losing his points please help!! Is there something specific I need to know? I want to get csq and I exclude him from my application is that possible?

Yes - you can apply as married and list your spouse as non-accompanying. Your spouse will still have to take and pass the medical, provide police certificates and other information (e.g. passport copies).

Thank you very much Scylla +1, one more question if I get divorced before CSQ or before interview and I update with BIQ then my husband won't have to do Medical and background checks right? Or does he still need to do that? My problem is that my husband (Will divorce) won't sign anything and even worst he won't do the Medicaid or anything to immigrate to Canada.
