Apply to PR under QSW program

Hi everyone,

I recently graduated from Concordia U, and I already applied for my PGWP, but it is taking too long and I will be getting in hopefully at the beginning of September. Meanwhile, I applied for the CSQ and got it two days ago. Now I want to apply for the PR under the QSW program, but I am not sure if I should wait until I get my PGWP and also a job, or I could do it right away?

Please let me know what you guys think and if you want to share any experiences related to this topic. I don't want to apply and get rejected for not having a job or because my status changing during the process.

When did you apply for PGWP? I have applied on June 25 and still waiting. I believe that processing time is around 40 days.

My understanding is that you should be fine doing both PGWPP and PR with CSQ. PGWPP takes care of allowing you to find work while your PR is being processed. They are two very separate things. Is there any reason you believe that there will be issues?
