Apply to a different university after receiving visa.

Can anyone tell me what happens when you apply for a student permit and CHC takes too long to process. My school has already started and they DON't defer admissions. Once I recieve my permit can I apply to another school in another province on a different term or do I have to attend the same school but on different term? Please answer with legit resources.

if you already got your student permit then after landing in Canada you can change your course and/or colleges...

according to CIRPA (Canadian Immigration & Refugee Protection Act), Applicants has the right to change course/institution..

better apply soon because CHC is not gonna issue u permit without new permit or deferred admission, how come ur university dont defer ur admission thats weird
